Tuition is based on a 9-month calendar (two semesters; spring and fall). Tuition is due monthly and remains consistent throughout that season. The registration fee is for the entire season. The season begins September 3rd and extends through recitals at the end of May.

Tuition is due by the 7th of every month. This is so you can pay for your weekly class time without making an extra trip. On the 8th of every month, a $10 late fee is applied to your account. Students whose accounts are two months past due will not be permitted in class until their account is current.

Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for tuition and registration fees. Credit cards will be assessed a 4% convenience fee.

If a student cannot attend their lesson, make-up classes or credits to your account are NOT provided.

If a teacher is absent, the class/lesson will be rescheduled or your account will be credited for the missed lesson.

When a group lesson time has less than 3 students enrolled in that class, we reserve the right to lessen the lesson’s duration time or rearrange the class.

The Center requires a 30-day written notice for withdrawals from lessons. Once notice is received, charges will cease 30 days from the date of notice. No action will be taken until written notice is received.
